At Q Driven, we strive to provide the best experience for our users. In the event of any payment or service issues, the following refund policy applies:
Users are entitled to a refund in the following cases:
- Incorrect or accidental charges.
- If the trip or request was not fulfilled.
- Technical issues resulting in duplicate payments.
- Incorrect fees charged to the customer.
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
- After the trip has been successfully completed.
- If the cause of the issue is outside the application's control.
- In case the user violates the usage policies.
Refund Period
The refund process may take 7 to 14 business days, depending on the bank or payment method.
